Job Description / Responsibility

We are looking for Young, Energetic, Target Oriented, Self-Motivated and Pro-active Person to Employee as Executive (Accounts) for Mugnee Multiple Limited. Experience person will get preference.
Establish the proper accounting record process.
Monitor & review the accounting transaction, records, and documentation.
Control, Monitor and guide the total sales process.
Responsible for monitoring of administrative function and take decision for development of company employment activities.
Responsible for Sanction, Renewal, Enhancement and maintenance of Bank and Non-Bank Financial exposure
To conduct physical inventories and Maintain Stock Register Book.
Party payment complying VAT, TAX etc.
Proper Utilization and management the fund.
Collection, record, calculation and verify the bank advice and bank statements and other bank records & Bank Reconciliation.
Take action to LC proceeds and follow up realization and L/C payments.
Total working and documentation as per requirement of internal & external auditors.
Any other job as assigned by management.
Total working and documentation as per requirement of internal & external auditors.
Maintain daily Voucher and Date entry by using Accounting Software – Tally Prime
Maintenance of Cash Book.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)

Experience Requirements

At least 1 year
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (FMCG), Wholesale, Retail Store, Advertising Agency, Trading or Export/Import, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Importer

Additional Job Requirements

Students and Freshers are discouraged to apply.
