Job Description / Responsibility

To perform total QA/QC activities according to good laboratory practice (GLP) and cGMP as well.
To prepare documents for QA/QC Department as required.
To perform sampling, analysis and documents of raw materials, packaging materials, finished products and real time stability sample according to written procedure.
Perform in-process Check (IPC) and routine test.
Preparation, reviewing and updating of SOPs/Protocol, stability schedule, method of analysis , specification for products, materials, process, equipments , system and relevant documents for efficient functioning for related field.
To calibrate and validate all Quality Control Laboratory equipment with proper labeling and documentation
To preparation and compilation of IQ, OQ & PQ protocol and report of QC Laboratory equipment with proper documentation.
To perform Method validation, Process validation & Mold Validation with protocol and report as and when required.
Handling of market Complain, nonconformity investigation, CAPA and deviation management.
To check and verify the all analytical documents of QA/QA Department.
Preparation & Monitoring of Working Standard.
To develop & validate alternative analytical method for materials & products in a cost effective manner.
Released of Raw & Packaging Materials and recommendation of finished
Product for necessary steps after absence of Deputy Manager.
To assist Reporting Supervisor in administrating the work of QA as per required

Educational Requirements

M. Sc in Chemistry/Bio chemistry/Applied Chemistry/ B. Pharm (Hon’s) M. Pharm with excellent academic Carrier.

Experience Requirements

1 - 2 years’ experience in IPQC,QC and Documentation in Medical devices company will be given Preference.
Sound Knowledge about IPQC,QC Equipment i. e Leak test apparatus, profile projector, Melab Measuring system etc.will be preferable.

Additional Job Requirements

Any Training on Quality Management System will be given preference.
Fluently Speak & Writing in English.
Basic Knowledge on MS –Word, MS- Excel, Power point & internet browsing.
