Job Description / Responsibility

Conduct community level meeting and promote self-help sustainable development with specific focus on SDG-2 (Zero Hunger).
Assist in capacity building of community groups and organizations in planning, implementing task, assessing the progress, as per the PO of the organization.
Assist community organizations in coordinating with GO/NGOs, Local government Institutes and other stakeholders.
Monitor the grassroots activities and report to Dhaka Officer regularly.
Take part in any other task assigned by the organization.

Educational Requirements

Diploma in Agriculture, graduate in Food & Nutrition, Management or any other subjects that fits with the task(s).

Experience Requirements

Minimum (3) years in relevant sector

Additional Job Requirements

Having working skills in any MFI (Micro Finance Institutions) or cooperatives or any other organization focused on grassroots mobilization.
Skills in operating computers (MS Office) and other digital devices.
Good in oral and written communication in Bangla and English.
Flexible, proactive, and capable of meeting the deadline(s) of assignment(s).
Multitasking ability, cultural skills, working in clubs, organization, etc. shall be considered positively.
