Job Description / Responsibility
- Plan & oversee business development efforts
- Identify & onboard new Hospitals/Clinics that meet Pristyn Care’s standards in terms of location, pricing, infrastructure, quality etc.
- Pitch our partnership proposal to the identified hospitals and clinics for onboarding.
- Negotiate on commercial agreement with Hospitals/Clinics
- Strengthen relationship with existing partners, Hospital Owners & other relevant stakeholders
- Oversee day to day operations at city level.
- Responsible for Cluster P&L driven decisions
- End-to-end ownership of a selected region
- Must be target oriented, able to fulfill responsibilities.
- Regular follow-up with existing/ potential clients.
- Build a strong relationship with the customer.
- Market visit, client hunt, creating market opportunity.
- Must act as a bridge between the company and its current market and future markets to promote the product.
- Make presentation to the potential customers.
- Prepare report as required by management.
- Develop plans for products and promotion and taking necessary action regarding integrated brand management.
- Develop and simultaneously create the company`s brand image.

Educational Requirements
- Minimum Graduate/Bachelor`s degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements
- Minimum (1-2) years sales experience in any Company
Additional Job Requirements
- Must be target oriented, able to fulfill responsibilities.
- Manage existing & new potential customers by personal sales visits, using face to face contact to provide a personal service.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Should have positive attitude.
