Admin & Visa Processing Officer

Job Description / Responsibility

Document scrutiny and collection for visa processing.
Handling customer/applicant queries personally & via e-mail, telephone.
Build a strong relationship with the customer.
Process/Maintain and record all application data.
Handling of cash and bank related transactions, if assigned.
Must be target oriented, able to fulfill responsibilities.
Develop and simultaneously create the company`s brand image.
Duty Area Dhaka.

Educational Requirements

Minimum Graduate/Bachelor`s degree in any discipline
Japanese Language Course Certificate (N4/N5)

Experience Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in admin related works

Additional Job Requirements

Must be target oriented, able to fulfill responsibilities.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Should have positive attitude.
