Job Description / Responsibility
  • Should have knowledge about MS office & internet.
  • Should have mentality to work day or night shift.
  • Should have knowledge about e-commerce.
  • Must have knowledge about how to write content for e-commerce sites & Social Media campaign posts.
  • Must have Bangla Avro type speed.

Educational Requirements
  • Minimum HSC/Graduate/Bachelor`s degree in any discipline.
Experience Requirements
  • Minimum (1-2) years’ experience in any call center platform (Experience candidates will give preference.)

Additional Job Requirements
  • Should have ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Should have positive attitude.
