Job Description / Responsibility

Time to time report to the Management and related personnel's.
Building a strong relationship with the customer and carrier
Person should have strong knowledge about customer service & Documentation (Export & Import)
Must be capable to solve any emergency issue with the customer service & Documentation issue.
Capable to cooperate extensively with customers to clarify their needs with satisfaction.
Capable to work in a team and motivate to team members.
Any other responsibilities as and when assigned by the management will be treated as a duty.

Educational Requirements

Graduate/Masters/ MBA from any reputed University.

Experience Requirements

6 to 7 year(s)

Additional Job Requirements

At least 6 year(s) experience in customer service & Documentation (Sea Freight Export in TP/USA & CANADA market).
Candidates having work experience only in Freight Forwarding/shipping Companies are strongly encouraged to apply.
Good communication & negotiation skill.
Strong leadership skill.
Ability to work under pressure.
