Job Description / Responsibility

Manage Export and Import shipment movements on behalf of company.
Work closely with Overseas Agents to ensure consignments move correctly and on time
Provide transactional service supports such as Documentation and Customer Service
Manage SOP for any major key account.
Candidate must have to be a good relation with all Airlines and Shipping lines staff members in order to get the rates and service option instantly.
Communicate and escalate to team members and Management wherever necessary
Overall responsibility for the day-to-day running of an operations team.
Provide ad-hoc freight quotations on request, using every opportunity to up-sell services
Monitor and control all cost and revenue at job-file level
Confirm and process all job-file invoicing
Participate in Team Meetings
An effective communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
Any other duties reasonably requested by the Team Leader and Management
Have the ability to work to deadlines and handle pressure
Availability of required skills with excellent understanding of business.

Educational Requirements

Graduate/MBA/MA from any recognized University.

Experience Requirements

At most 5-6 year(s)
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Air Freight, Ocean Freight, Shipping Lines

Additional Job Requirements

Age 28 to 35 years
Experience in Ocean and Air Freight Forwarding is essential
Documentation Air and Ocean shipment.
Proactive and flexible approach
Excellent stakeholder management skills
Ability to prioritize and work under pressure
Attention to detail
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Excellent Customer Service Skills
Strong numeracy/literacy
Basic IT; Microsoft Office, In-house systems.
