Job Responsibilities : |
- Build relationships with community leaders, parents/caregivers, children and local authority.
- Self motivation in the well-being and safeguarding of children and child protection matters.
- Raise awareness among the slum dwellers, parents/caregivers, adults, and children.
- Respond appropriately to disclosures or concerns which relate to the well-being of a child.
- Monitoring and follow up children who are subject of child protection and safeguarding.

Academic Qualifications :
- Masters from any recognized university.
|
| Experience Required : |
- 5 years of job experience.
- Experience in the child related activities/child protection activities will get preference.
|
| Additional Job Requirements : |
- Target oriented job, able to fulfill responsibilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Must have a positive attitude of working with children and knowledge about safeguarding
|
| Salary range BDT 20000.00 (Monthly gross) - Negotiable |

| Other Benefits : |
| Two festival bonuses in a year. Each bonus equivalent to 50% of salary. |
