• Residential job for a boys' safe home; dedicated for upbringing of the orphan/ distilled children
• Supervise implementation of all the daily activities of the project maintaining the policy guide lines and all the covenants, applicable.
• Maintain security and safety including safe staying of the residential children
• Attend monthly coordination meetings to report, discuss and review the progress and record decisions of the meetings to take necessary action.
  
• Prepare weekly observation reports on children and report to superintendent.
  
• Facilitate regular health check-ups, counseling, necessary medical treatment and help practicing health and hygiene sense to improve the physical and mental health of the children.
  
• Facilitate sports-cultural activities, observation of national and international days, educational tours, entertainment activities and ensure compliance with child protection regulations.
  
• Take steps to increase the interest of the children in life building activities with positive attitude.
  
• Establish fair relationships with residential children and treat them duly to inculcate justice, truthfulness, moral values and rationality.
  
• Maintain transparency in all cases and ensure proper/effective utilization of inventories as allocated, and maintain all relevant records and document.
  

• Minimum Graduate/Bachelor`s degree in any disciplin.

• Working experiences will be an added advantage.

• Must be able to fulfill responsibilities ensuring child protection regulations.
• Must be able to develop positive environment for children and make them enthusiastic for better and quality life.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Should have positive attitude.
