Job Description / Responsibility :

• To assist and look after all civil works of the company.
• Setting out, leveling and surveying the site as and when required;
• Analysis,(DEA) Details Engineering Assessment & (EA) Engineering Assessment, Checking Plans, Drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations;
• Ensuring that all materials Engineering Assessed and work performed are as per specifications;
• Overseeing the selection and requisition of materials for all civil works of the company;
• Managing, Monitoring and Interpreting the contract design documents supplied by the client or architect;
• Liaising with any Consultants, Subcontractors, Supervisors, Planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in any civil works of the company;
• Day-to-Day Management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the work site, labour force and the work of any subcontractors;
• Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise during the civil works.

Educational Requirements :

• Minimum Graduate/Bachelor`s degree from BUET, CUET, KUET, DUET, RUET, UAP.

Experience Requirements

• 3 to 5 year(s).

Additional Job Requirements :

The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):

• Designing, Survey, Project Management.
• Factory/Plant/Facility Management.
• Building & Factory Design With 3D Visualization.
• Estimation (RCC Building & Steel Building).
• Load Calculation,
• Steel structural Design, Model Analysis.
• Software work ETABS, STAAD.PRO, SAP.
• Ability to maintain self-composure in a high pressure work place.

Salary range : Negotiable.
