Job Responsibilities:

• Ability to deal with culture resistance.
• Regular follow-up on tusks/KPIs of team members.
• Build a strong relationship with the customers.
• Must act as a bridge between the company and clients.
• Must be able to create training modules & training executions based on different clients & levels.
• Prepare and maintain all relevant reports as required by management.
• Thorough follow up on all projects with the team members to make sure that the services provided by the company is to entire satisfaction of all clients.

Academic Qualifications:

• GCE Advance level, Academic Qualification in relevant field will be an added advantage.

Experience Required:

• Minimum 15 years' experience in Industrial Engineering
