Job Description/Responsibility:

• Selection of yarn based on GSM & quality.
• Selection of knitting & dyeing machines as per shipment plan.
• Defining and developing new samples for new order and work processes.
• Selection of dyes and chemicals based on process flow and buyer test report.
• Make operational decision for production/ dyeing/ finishing/ inspection and delivery.
• Carry out any related job production lab testing as assigned from time to time.
• Achieving buyer production & quality target.
• Establishing and maintaining good relationship with marketing team clients.
• Expand new market area and increase sales volume.
• Deliver excellent production and after sales services to maximize sales, customer satisfaction and achieve performance target.
• Should be proactive to achieve monthly / yearly sales / production target.
• Managing the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning.
• To tactical production activities.
• Efficient working to minimize the utility cost, like gas, steam, water and power.

Academic Qualifications :

• Diploma in Textile.

Experience Required :

• 10 to 15 years(s).
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
  Textile Engineering.
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  Weaving Factory.

Experience requirements:

• Fresh candidates for executives.
• 1-2 years experience for Sr. Executives.(direct sales experience preferable)

Additional Job Requirements :

• Minimum Age 45 year(s)
• Coordination with marketing team to ensure target production and seals.
