Job Context:

• We are looking for a young, dynamic and energetic marketing and sales Executive & Sr. Executive who has experience in the Bangladesh Real Estate industry. This candidate should have at least 3 to 5 years of proven experience in marketing Properties, obtaining leads for the sales team to pursue and constantly find ways to innovate and integrate said innovations into the company.
• Senior Executive (Real Estate Experienced ONLY).

Job Responsibilities:

• Be able to manage and inspire/motivate the team members so as to achieve team sales targets.
• Corporate sales planning and implementation.
• Able to communicate with wide network of different professionals/ business men and look for prospective customers.
• To hire, select & train up the team member to create better sales personnel(s).
• To look after customer queries with satisfaction and relationship develop.
• Be able to maintain good atmosphere in the office and with other marketing personals so as to enhance team building spirit.
• Any other task assigned by Management.

Educational Requirements:

• Graduate/Masters/ MBA

Experience Requirements:

• 3 to 5 year(s).
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
  Sales, Marketing.
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  Real Estate

Additional Requirements:

• Age 28 to 32 years.
• Both males and females are allowed to apply.
• Candidates have at least 3 to 5 years of practical experience in the Land & Real Estate Sector.
• Highly knowledgeable on Land/ Real Estate business and present market scenario.
• Have experience to forecast sales, revenue and budget with proper planning & execution.
• Worked as Team Leader and motivate team members to achieve team sales targets.
• Ability to take challenge to achieve the sales target.
• Should have positive mindset to achieve target monthly, quarterly & yearly strategic marketing plan.
• Must be self motivated and dynamic.

Job Location: Dhaka.

Salary: Negotiable
