Job Responsibilities : |
- Able to find new corporate and individual customer who eligible to buy our product.
- Market visit client hunt, create market opportunities.
- Visit different organizations/ places for developing business/creating new clients.
- Achieve sales target to ensure profitably of the organization.
- Identify key customers and extend personalized service in them.
- Plan to execute the target with estimated deadline & do necessary following up.
- Review the customer requirements and make sure to meet the entire requirement.
- Monitor, analyze and submit all marketing and sales reports.
- Identify new market opportunities and ensure the effective development of
- Sales and marketing.
- Execute any other activities assigned by the Management.

Academic Qualifications :
- Minimum Graduate/Bachelor`s degree in any discipline
|
| Experience Required : |
- Minimum (1-2) years Marketing experience in Real Estate sector.
|
| Additional Job Requirements : |
- Must be target oriented, able to fulfill responsibilities.
- Ability to work under pressure in a team with a strong focus on results.
- Good Analytical ability and problem solving skills with excellent interpersonal relations.
- Strong proficiency in Understanding, Speaking and Writing in Bengali and English.
- Solid knowledge of marketing techniques and principles.
