Job Responsibilities : |
- Maintain relationship with existing clients to increase the business share.
- Follow-up with new and existing clients regularly to convert new leads into recurring business.
- Identify areas for improvement in client s production process and provide recommendations based on the company s product strength.
- Gain product market share in prescribed area by working with the local Dealer to develop product sales strategies.
- Dealer Development and analyzing Dealer Monthly Performance.
- Pitch enterprise products and services to prospective customers
- Achieve annual order booking and market share acquisition targets by maintaining margin.
- Developing strategic plans to encourage business growth and use analytics to create action plans that are based on data and statistics and interpret results against targets.
- Desired person is expected to spend a significant portion of time in the field to develop relationships with customers and co- traveling with sales personnel or Dealer team members for business development

Academic Qualifications :
- B.E/B.Tech preferably from BUET, QUET, RUET etc Bangladesh University or other university of repute.

Experience Required : |
- 4-10 years of experience in Direct Sales of RMC Equipment and Construction Equipment / Heavy Equipment industry
|
Additional Job Requirements : |
- Have in depth knowledge of the Bangladesh RMC and Construction markets for the Construction Equipment and Concrete equipment products in the portfolio with good relations.
- B.E/B.Tech preferably from BUET, QUET, RUET etc Bangladesh university with 4-10 years of experience in Direct Sales in RMC Equipment and Construction Equipment / Heavy Equipment industry.
- 4-10 yrs Experience Target oriented and Self Driven sales professional in Sales and Marketing of Construction Equipment Machinery and Concrete equipment. Lesser experience candidate will be considered for Sales Engineer / Sales Officer.
- Dealer Development and Dealer Management
- Should be analytical and having adequate commercial knowledge
- Excellent teamwork skills.
- Should be Fluent in English
- Should have a knowledge of Email, MS Word, Excel with formulae, PowerPoint Presentation etc
- Should be confident in selling equipment in highly competitive market
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
