Job Responsibilities : |
- Assist our senior architect and other members of the Design Team.
- Meet with the client for a site visit. Collect pictures, measurements, and all necessary details of the
- site required for the project design.
- Works with clients to determine initial goals and requirements for the space to be designed.
- Collaborates with team members to further understand how interior space should function, appear,
- and be furnished.
- Prepare sketches or other visual aids (Computer-aided design or CAD files) to demonstrate
- preliminary designs to clients.
- Consult with clients to select materials, furnishings, and décor.
- Determine the timelines and project cost and present accurate estimates to the client.
- Order or obtain necessary materials, adhering to project and budget specifications.
- Oversee the installation of materials, furniture, and other design element.
- Must have sound knowledge in AutoCAD, Lumion, Sketchup, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Prepare Design concept, plan Elevation, detailed working drawing, 3D Visualization.

Academic Qualifications :
- The minimum requirement for this position is a Bachelor of Architecture (B. Arch)
|

- Software Requirement:
- AutoCAD, Sketch-up, Lumion, Vary or 3dsMax, Vary, Photoshop
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
