Job Responsibilities :
  • Issue and Re Issue Ticket.
  • Ensure client replies / inquiries are handled promptly and accurately.
  • Ensure client replies / inquiries are handled promptly and accurately.
  • Must know at least 1 GDS:  Galileo or Sabre.
  • The Applicants must know Refund Policy.
  • Ticket Fare Calculation.
  • Ticket Refund from Airlines.
  • Must Know Visa processing: Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, India, USA, UK, Australia, Canada, Japan, Schengen etc.
  • Must Know Tour Package /Group Tour Package.
  • Planning Tours both in Bangladesh and Various destination from all over the world.
  • Every Day Update information will be send to customers by phone Call, SMS, Email, Facebook and another social media.
Academic Qualifications : 
  • Minimum Graduate/Bachelor`s degree in any discipline     
Experience Required :
  • The applicants should have experience Minimum  (1-2) years  as a Reservation Officer in the following  area(s):
    Airline/GSA, Travel Agents/Tour Operators
Additional Job Requirements :
  • Must be target oriented, able to fulfill responsibilities.
  • Manage existing & new potential customers by personal sales visits, using face to face contact to provide a personal service.
  • Adequate skills in computer applications; specially MS Office , MS Office Excel, Graphic Design, Mailing, frequently net browsing  and excellent communication proficiency both in English & Bengali.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Should have positive attitude.
Salary range  : To be mention by the Applicant/ Negotiable
