Job Responsibilities :
    For TSM-
  • Cosmetics sales (Market/Shop based )
  • Must be target oriented, able to fulfill responsibilities.
  • Manage agendas for the managed entity as well as for the separate projects.
  • Regular follow-up with existing/ potential clients.
  • Build a strong relationship with the customer.
  • Market visit, client hunt, creating market opportunity.
  • Must act as a bridge between the company and its current market and future markets to promote the product.
  • Make presentation to the potential customers.
  • Manage existing & new potential customers by personal sales visits, using face to face contact to provide a personal service.
  • Prepare report as required by management.
  • Develop and simultaneously create the company`s brand image.

    • For Marketing Executive-
  • Cosmetics sales (Market/Shop based )
  • Must be target oriented, able to fulfill responsibilities.
  • Regular follow-up with existing/ potential clients.
  • Build a strong relationship with the customer.
  • Market visit, client hunt, creating market opportunity.
  • Manage existing & new potential customers by personal sales visits, using face to face contact to provide a personal service.
  • Prepare report as required by management.
Academic Qualifications : 
  • Minimum Graduate/Bachelor`s degree in any discipline, (Educational qualificationare considered in terms of relevant experience).
Experience Required :
  • Minimum (2-5) years sales experience in any brand cosmetics company .
Additional Job Requirements :
  • Must be target oriented, able to fulfill responsibilities.
  • Manage existing & Create new potential customers by personal sales visits, using face to face contact to provide a personal service.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Should have positive attitude.
