Job Responsibilities : |
- Time to time report to the Management and related personnel's.
- Building a strong relationship with the customer and carrier
- Person should have strong knowledge about customer service & Documentation (Export & Import)
- Must be capable to solve any emergency issue with the customer service & Documentation issue.
- Capable to cooperate extensively with customers to clarify their needs with satisfaction.
- Capable to work in a team and motivate to team members.
- Any other responsibilities as and when assigned by the management will be treated as a duty.

Educational Requirements :
- Graduate/Masters/ MBA from any reputed University.
|
| Experience Requirements :
|
| Additional Job Requirements : |
- At least 6 year(s) experience in customer service & Documentation (Sea Freight Export in TP/USA & CANADA market).
- Candidates having work experience only in Freight Forwarding/shipping Companies are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Good communication & negotiation skill.
- Strong leadership skill.
- Ability to work under pressure.
