Post: Customer Service Executive/ Assistant Manager

Job Description / Responsibility:

  • Regular follow-up with existing/ potential clients.
  • Build a strong relationship with the customer.
  • Must act as a bridge between the company and its current customers and future customers to promote the product.
  • Make presentation to the potential customers.
  • Manage existing & new potential customers by personal sales visits, using face to face contact to provide a personal service.
  • Prepare report as required by management.
  • Develop and simultaneously create the company`s brand image.

Educational Requirements:

  • Minimum Master/Bachelor`s degree in any discipline.
  • O level plus A Level are preferable.

Additional Job Requirements:

  • Excellent skills in English will be needed specially writing and speaking with computer knowledge.
  • Must be target oriented, able to fulfill responsibilities.
  • Manage existing & new potential customers by personal sales visits, using face to face contact to provide a personal service.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Must be a team player with good presentation skill.
  • Should have positive attitude.
  • Ability to maintain self composure in a high pressure work place.

Salary range: Approx 20,000-25,000 per month
