Job Responsibilities:

• Preferably having a good understanding of the Hotel market in Gulshan, Banani and Baridhara area.
• Good personal relationship with customers in the designated targeted customer area.
• Proactive, hard working and result oriented.
• Good understanding on the market dynamics of hotel industry and it's demography.
• Must be target oriented, able to fulfill responsibilities.
• Regular follow-up with existing/ potential clients.
• Build a strong relationship with the customer.
• Market visit, client hunt, creating market opportunity.
• Must act as a bridge between the company and its current market and future markets to promote the product.
• Make presentation to the potential customers.
• Manage existing & new potential customers by personal sales visits, using face to face contact to provide a personal service.
• Prepare report as required by management.
• Develop plans for products and promotion and taking necessary action regarding integrated brand management.
• Develop and simultaneously create the company`s brand image.

Academic Qualifications:

• Minimum Graduate/Bachelor`s degree in any discipline. For seasoned candidates the requirement can be lenient.

Experience Required:

• Minimum 1 Years to 3 years can apply.

Additional Job Requirements:

• Candidates working in Sales department of Gulshan, Banani area hotels are encouraged to apply.
• Courteous, well groomed and hospitable. Able to leave a positive image of customer's mind.
• Must be target oriented, able to fulfill responsibilities.
• Manage existing & new potential customers by personal sales visits, using face to face contact to provide a personal service.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must be a team player with good presentation skill.
• Should have positive attitude.
• Ability to maintain self composure in a high pressure work place.
