2.  Prepare a yearly profits plan for the individual of the member company.
3. To formulate the strategic plan, rules of business, procedures and policies on sales, distribution, advertisement, technical services and regulatory affairs.
4. To allocate all types of resources for the employee with the view to attain the objectives of the company.
5. To monitor employees for achieve their individual target within the company policies and time frame as well as the company should gain her desire profits.
6. To develop training curriculum both for employees and customers for better understanding of their responsibilities toward achieving the goals.
7. To prepare a complete motivational program and career progression or succession plan for the employees of the company.
8. To plan and implement reporting system in the company to control the activities of all concern toward achieving the goals in the most efficient and effective manner.
9. To measure the total market demand of individual product in the industry and estimate area wise individual demand for each product of the company in order to add a substantial profit growth of the company.
10. To identify market segmentation, targeting, positioning and pricing of the products for taking competitive advantages. Analyzing individual competitor’s products to prepare competitive marketing strategies.
    

• Bachelor Degree in any discipline/ Master in any discipline.
• Graduate/ Master/Agriculture Diploma.
• Preference will be given to the Agriculture Graduate at (B.Sc.)       

• Minimum (10-15) years Sales & Marketing experience   in Pesticide Company.
