Responsibilities:

• Coordinate, Monitoring and follow-up all the Project activities of the Company.
• Ensure requisition for raw material according to drawing & design of the project through concern Manager/Technical Head/Logistic Department.
• Ensuring all materials used and work performed are as per specifications.
• Liaising with clients and their representatives (architects, engineers,consultant& surveyors), including attending regular meetings to keep them informed of progress by him or by his team member.
• Preparing different project related reports as required by Management.
• Supervision in the site while major work in progress.
• All other relevant duties as assigned by the management.

Educational Requirements :

• B.Sc Engineering in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering from any reputed Public or Private University.

Experience Requirements:

• At least 07 year(s) Marketing Experience in Central Air conditioning System ( VRF & CHILLAR )
• Must have knowledge Project drawing and design.
• Must have good Relation with the reputed consultant.

Additional Job Requirements:

• Age limit 30-45 Years
• Only males are allowed to apply.
• Minimum 10 projects handover experience and Managerial experience in handling the Central Air Conditioning Systems.( VRF &Chillar).
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):

  Installation/Erection, Operation & Maintenance and Planning, Project Management.

• Should have sound computer proficiency, especially internet communication skill,Auto cad, MS Office, excellent interpersonal skill and good command over written and spoken English.
• Motorcycle driving Skill is preferable.

Job Location: Head office,Tejgaon, Dhaka

Salary: Negotiable& Commission on sales.
