Job Title : HR/Executive Officer/Sales Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate administration procedures and devise ways to streamline processes.
• Responsible for Executive Operations for the factory that includes manpower approval, recruitment and selection, ensuring job description for all.
• Responsible for Strategic planning, Formulation of different kinds of factory policies.
• Handling disciplinary matters, improves worker motivation and migration.
• Improve plans of actions with factories, and assist in implementation accordingly.
• For Sales Executive have to be target oriented, able to fulfill responsibilities.
• Prepare Proper report as required by management.
• Develop plans for products and promotion and taking necessary action regarding integrated brand management.
• Preparing Comparative Statements and analyzing quotations.
• Must be a team player with good presentation skill.
• Ensure the adequate and smooth flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations.

Academic Qualifications:

• Minimum Graduate/Bachelor`s degree in any discipline from any reputed University having good academic result.

Experience Required:

• Minimum 1 Year for HR and Sales Executive And for other post Fresher can apply.

Additional Job Requirements:

• Must be work oriented, able to fulfill responsibilities.
• Having proper knowledge on Ms-word, Ms Excel and other basic computer knowledge.
• Must be strong in written and verbal communication in ENGLISH and BANGLA.
• Excellent analytical ability and problem solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Having good track record in dealing with related field will be given preference.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Should have positive attitude.
