Job Responsibilities

• Proactively engage with customers to sell confectionery products at showroom based.
• Welcome customers warmly, understand their specific needs, and recommendations for events or parties.
• Work with a target-oriented mindset to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
• Recommending complementary products to increase the overall transaction size.
• Assisting customers in finalizing their purchases and negotiating prices or payment plans if authorized.
• Ensure all products on display are correctly priced and clearly tagged.
• Monitor stock levels daily, restock shelves promptly, and assist to inventory counts.
• Process payments smoothly using the Point-of-Sale (POS) system, handling cash and credit cards accurately.
• Sanitizing counters, display, and maintaining a pristine store environment.
• Prepare and submit daily sales and inventory reports as required by management.
