Job Responsibility :
- To Responsible for Restaurant Operations in a Professional Manner.
- To Overall Management of the Restaurant.
- To Monitor, Follow up & administer the Staff.
- To deal with the Customer in a Professional Manner.
- To Co-ordinate with all Department of the Hotel/Restaurant as well as with the Management.
- To Monitor Food Goods Purchase & to Have Vast Knowledge in Such Purchase.
- To Prepare the Menu Price.
- To Keep an Eye to Monitor & Follow up for Sound & Hygiene Environment in Both the Kitchen & the Restaurant.
- To Prepare Various Report Periodically Restaurant Related Purchase, Sales etc. Report and to Submit to the Authority.
- To have Adequate Knowledge to Operate the NICE Software and Others if required.
Academic Qualifications :
- Bachelor degree in hotel/restaurant management is desirable.
- But a combination of practical experience and education will be considered as an alternative.
Experience Required :
- 5 to 8 year(s).
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Customer Service, Operations, Customer Care.
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Restaurant, Party/ Community Center, Hotel.
Additional Job Requirements :
- Age 28 to 45 year(s).
- Only males are allowed to apply.
- Well Management in Restaurant Management.
- Skill in Microsoft Office & Various Software i.e. Nice Software.
- People Management ability.
- Ability to Periodical Report Writing & Submission to the Up Chain.
- Staff follow up & Administration.
- Will have to set/fix up Menu Price.
- Food Purchase Follow up & Monitoring.
- Expertise in Restaurant Related Sales & Marketing.
