• To maintain finished products inventory also maintaining documents with daily updates.  
• To ensure optimum stock of accessories to maintain packaging of finished goods.
• Provide analysis and resolution to improve work environment so that maximum potential of workers are achieved.

Job Responsibilities: Engineer

• Plan & execute routine maintenance of equipment and machines to ensure smooth operation & to prevent machine breakdowns achieving cost reductions from repairs side by side improving the safety, quality, and overall machine reliability.
• To diagnose faults & attend to or supervise breakdown maintenance of machines, equipment & generators.
• To maintain documents regarding maintenance procedure & to process them upon inspections.
• Optimize sourcing of spare parts by balancing between cost and quality.
• Provides analysis and resolution of repetitive equipment failures, and take actions to address and improve these failures.
  

Job Responsibilities: Product Executive (Product Management Department)

• Undertake all activities regarding new product launching.
• Craft strategy & provide advisory support to develop & manage the marketing plans of new & existing products.
• Develop promotional materials and define necessary promotional activities for establishing new products.
• Formulate annual budget for assigned products.
• Assisting by overseeing of the execution of marketing plans to achieve sales target.
• Monitoring competitors’ activities & prepare analysis.
• Support field force by providing technical information regarding the products and also improving their selling skills.
• Visit doctors, chemists & Institutions, etc & provide feedback to field colleagues.
  

• Pharmacist / QC Officer – B. Pharm / M. Pharm / B.Sc / M.Sc (Chemistry)
• Electric Engineer – Diploma
• Store Officer/ Supervisor-Graduate
• Product Executive – BA/ MBA preferably in Marketing.

• QC Officer (Pharmacist) - Minimum (5-8 years) (Experience Candidate will be given Preference)
• Electric Engineer (3-5 years)
• Pharmacist (Production Supervisor) (2-5 years)
• Store Officer/Supervisor - (5-8 years)
• Product Executive: (1 – 2) years of relevant experience is preferable but fresh candidates are also encouraged to apply for this job.
• All candidates must have previous experience in relevant field in growing Pharmaceuticals Company.

• Within 35 years of age
• Smart, energetic, willing to travel frequently. ( For Product Executive)
• Must be target oriented, able to fulfill responsibilities
