Job Responsibilities : |
- Ability to work with team
- Must be a positive mentality to work anywhere in Bangladesh
- Counseling the patient in a good manner
- Keep records of mails, phone number and other documents.
- Must be target oriented, able to fulfill responsibilities.
- Regular follow-up with existing customers.
- Must have knowledge to communicate through digital platforms with customers.
- Must act as a bridge between the company and its current services to promote them towards customer.
- Prepare report as required by management.
- Any other tasks assigned by management

Academic Qualifications :
- Minimum HSC/Bachelor`s degree in any discipline
|

| Additional Job Requirements : |
- Must be target oriented, able to fulfill responsibilities.
- Must have proper knowledge of online activities such as Browsing, MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint etc.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Should have positive attitude.
