The Company has its own factory at Narshingdi and looking for a practical, dedicated and self-motivated person who will be responsible for the Finance and Accounts department and develop the policy and procedures in a compliant manner.

Job Nature: Full-time

Job Description:

• Responsible for Finance and Accounts department.
• Implementation of internal control, accounting and financial reporting systems.
• Ensure maintenance of proper documentations and records.
• Ensure preparation of monthly financial statements and analyses.
• Cost Benefit Analysis of each activity in business Processes, identifying key and critical processes to operate at optimum Cost.
• Ensure the company is fully compliant with Tax, VAT, BOI, RJSC&F, FDI reporting etc.
• Implementation of a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) in FM.
• Advice for corporate governance improvements in FM through the management of the strategic planning, financial forecasting, budgeting, and reporting process;
• Advice for corporate governance improvements in FM through the evaluation of financial performance, variances, trends and forecasts;
• Advice for corporate governance improvements in FM through the assessment of legal, tax, and regulatory issues related to the operations of the Company;
• Conduct internal audit and timely statutory audit.
• Monitor the monthly and actual expenses to expenditure, projection of fund disbursement plan.
• The incumbent should be self-motivatedand shall provide advices and steps to improve corporate governance procedures and overall finance and accounting system of the Company.

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelors/BBA/Masters/MBA in Accounting from any reputable university.
• The incumbent should at least be CA course completed (at least level 1 qualified will be preferred).

Experience & Job Requirements:

• 5-8 years of experience with at least 3 years of practical experience in working with manufacturing companies.
• Proficient in using Microsoft office packages and accounting software like Tally and ERP.
• Keen understanding of local accounting, compliance and tax regulations.
• Rigorous work ethic; capacity to both execute well on delegated tasks and work independently.
• Should have good verbal and written command over English and Bangla.
• Should have managerial competency and supervising skills.
• Should be practical, dedicated and self-motivated person.

Salary: BDT 80,000 - 100,000
