Factory Head
DGM (Operations) is to supervise factory operations by leading a technical resources team and effectively co-operating with various peer groups within the factory. Responsible for maintaining the assurance quality and quantity control to ensure the on-time delivery of products in order to satisfy the customers.    

• Over all monitor all activities of all sections and departments of the factory.
• Coordinate with supply chain, inventory management and finance department to ensure OPTIMUN stock level of all input & finished goods items ENSURING uninterrupted production.
• Reduce rejection / sub-standard (unacceptable) production through efficient management of all available resources.
• Ensure optimum manpower employment, avoid abnormal O.T and assess workers performances continuously.
• Implementation of SHE issues as required by corporate customers and ensure compliance of factory and labour law / rules prevailing in the country by coordinating with the HR department.
• As a part of the senior key management team need to actively take part and contribute in setting up production plans, ensure implementation and achievement.
• Assist the finance department by providing vital information for product pricing and costing.
• Ensure the mandatory MIS reports of production, material, consumption, floor stocks, wastage and efficiency as per the company set standard and format.
• Encourage and develop “TEAM WORK” by guiding, motivating and training all staffs by imparting knowledge and practices required for efficient, quality and target production.
• Report to top management with analysis

• Graduation Reputed University.

• Factory management with 300+ workers.
• Fluent in English(excellent verbal and written communication skills)
• Experience in Office Management, Production management, Productivity Management, VAT Management, Fire Fighting and other Risk management.
• Experience on FSSC and FSMS
• Strong computer skills, including Word Excel and Powerpoint.
• Strong analytical and time management skills
• Willingness to work hard and not leave until the job is done.
