Job Responsibilities:

• Searching new clients and visiting potential clients.
• Developing new client networks and maintaining relationships with existing clients.
• Co-coordinating with clients, solving client problems & offering after-sales support services.
• Preparing own quotation & negotiating contract terms and conditions.
• The post is target oriented and able to fulfil assigned target.
• The candidate should be self-motivated and always optimistic.
• Ideal candidate should have sufficient engineering knowledge and clear concept on pre-engineered steel building system.
• Capable enough to co-ordinate between design department & client requirements.
• Build a strong relationship with the customer.
• Manage existing & new potential customers by personal sales visits, using face to face contact to provide a personal service.
• Coordinate between project site & office to make a happy client.
• Project planning, Organizing, Supervising, Scheduling & Coordinating.
• Any other responsibility and maintenance of register as assigned by the management.

Educational Requirements:

• B.Sc in Civil Engineering from any reputed University (in additionan MBA degree will be preferable).

Experience Requirements:

• At least 1 year in related field.

Additional Job Requirements:

• Self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
