Job Responsibilities :
Customer Service:
  • Greet and seat guests with a warm and welcoming attitude.
  • Assist guests in selecting menu items, providing recommendations, and answering questions about the menu.
  • Address customer inquiries, requests, and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Implement sales techniques to increase revenue while ensuring guest satisfaction.
Order Management:
  • Ensure orders are prepared correctly and served in a timely manner.
  • Monitor table turnover and ensure efficient seating and service.
Maintaining a Clean and Organized Environment:
  • Set and reset tables according to restaurant standards.
  • Collaborate with the support staff to ensure a clean and comfortable atmosphere
Teamwork:
  • Communicate any customer feedback or issues to management promptly.
  • Support fellow team members to create a positive and cohesive work environment
Academic Qualifications : 

  • Minimum HSC / Bachelor`s degree in any discipline

Experience Required :
  • Minimum (2-5) years sales experience in any Customers Sales Service department of a recognized hotel or Restaurant.
Additional Job Requirements :
  • Must be target oriented, able to fulfill responsibilities.
  • Motivate new customers & provide best services
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Should have positive attitude
Salary range  : To be mention by the Applicant/Negotiable (BDT 15,000 to BDT 25,000)
