Position: Executive/Sr. Executive (Corporate/Retail Sales)

Job Responsibilities:

1. Development and Implementation of marketing/sales plan for selling Lubricants Oil.
2. Find out the probable customers & provide them with all information regarding Lubricants Oil.
3. Visit potential and existing customers to communicate about product, services and assess requirements in order to ensure increased sales volume by understanding the customer needs.
4. Identification and development of dealer network and its operation to strengthen the channel.
5. Achieve company's sales target set by the management and prepare periodic statement accordingly.
6. Coordinate with service department to provide smooth and quality services to the clients.
7. Analyze competitor's strategy & behavior, business performance, product performance of each segment and prepare counter strategy reports.
8. Collect and analyze the data for preparing marketing strategy.

Educational Requirements:

1. Graduation/Masters from any reputed university.
2. BBA/MBA holder will get preference.
3. Educational Qualification may be considered for the highly experienced person.
4. Minimum 1 years or Fresher can apply.

Experience Requirements:

1. The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
   Sales, Marketing.
2. The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
   Fuel/Petroleum.

Additional Requirements:

1. Age 20 to 30 years.
2. Females are highly encouraged to apply.
3. Candidates must have work experience in Lubricant Oil & FMCG Company.
4. Should have pleasant personality with positive way of approach to achieve the target.
5. Strong oral and written communication skill both in Bengali and English.
6. Capable of sound reporting for executing management decision.
