Job Responsibilities :
  • To manage retail outlets, develop healthy business relationships, monitor retail wise sales, set up individual retail    targets, and follow up the advance, loan, credit, etc.
  • To ensure individual retail wise target achievement.
  • To ensure daily visits to retail stores as per PJP and send visit feedback with a report to Line Manager.
  • To control credit to partners and maintain good relationships.
  • To follow up on secondary sales target vs. achievement.
  • To follow up on team management and co-ordination.
  • To follow up on campaign communication and ensure appropriate execution.
  • To ensure proper claim management.
  • To collect market intelligence information & deliver the same to respective concerns.
  • To look for increasing business opportunities through various routes to market.
  • To ensure the performance management and evaluate the same in every quarter with a written format/report.
Academic Qualifications : 
  • Masters/ MBA in Marketing from any reputed university.
  • Candidates from Public Universities and with relevant training & experience will get preference.
  • Education will be relaxed for Experienced Candidates.
Experience Required :
  • 3 to 5 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Distribution/ Supply Chain Management, Marketing, Relationship Management/ Key Account Management, Sales.
Additional Job Requirements :
  •  Age 25 to 36 years
  • Only males are allowed to apply

  • Candidate must have computer literacy
  • Candidate should be self-motivated and ready to take on challenges
  • Good command of both spoken and written English.
