Job Responsibilities:
- Enter buyer order data accurately into the ERP system.
- Assist in updating work orders, production status and delivery information in ERP.
- Maintain daily order entry records and supporting documents.
- Check data accuracy and report discrepancies to the supervisor.
- Coordinate with relevant departments for collecting order-related information.
- Generate basic ERP reports as instructed by management.
- Ensure timely and error-free data entry.
- Any other task assigned by management.
Academic Qualifications:
- Minimum HSC / Diploma / Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Computer or IT-related background will get preference.
Experience Required:
- 01 year experience in ERP operation or data entry in garments/accessories industry will be an added advantage.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
Additional Job Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of ERP software and MS Excel.
- Good typing speed with attention to detail.
- Ability to learn quickly and follow instructions.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain accuracy.
