Job Description / Responsibility:

• Prepare construction works program in line with the total program and get it approved from the concerned authority.
• Study the structural, architectural & other design/drawing pertinent to the project and execute construction works accordingly.
• Maintain cost control by monitoring actual expenditure with actual works done.
• Ensure completion of the project works within the Master Budget.
• Ensure that all indents for procurement of materials are in conformity both in respect of desired quality & quantity of works that are actually required as per works program for the month.
• Ensure quality of works being maintained at highest level.
• Ensure that all logistic supports i.e. materials including in-house supplies, drawings, designs, detailing are available on demand at site.
• Prepare construction progress report & submit to appropriate higher authority from time to time.
• Always to be vigilant that each and every construction work is being executed as per approved specification and if any defect/error is detected in any construction elements is to be solved with the advice/guidance of competent authority of the company.
• Check bill of the contractors.
• Ensure that in the event of temporary stoppage of work of the project on genuine ground, construction materials are not piled up in the project area.
• To identify if any staff member under his control is nonperforming in any manner and to initiate appropriate action to the same.
• Ensure overall safety and security of man and materials, equipments and other assets of the company allotted for the project.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the Project Manager.

Job Nature: Full-time

Educational Requirements:

• BSc in Civil Engineering from BUET, KUET, CUET, RUET & Ahsanullah Engineering University.

Experience:

• 2 to 10 years in Real Estate sector.

Age Limit:

• Below 35 years old

Additional Job Requirements:

• Real Estate Experience will get preference.
• Having experience in building finishing will be an advantage.
• Having experience on relevant flied will get preference.
• Computer proficiency over MS Word, MS Excel.
• Energetic & Dedicated about work.
