Post: Asst. Manager, Sales & Marketing
Educational Qualification:
- BBA/ MBA/ Masters (preferably in Science) from any reputed university.
Job Responsibilities:
- Market (company) visit, client hunt, creating market opportunity.
- Regular follow-up with existing/potential clients.
- Carry out day to day operation independently as per plan.
- Forecasting monthly sales target, plan and ensure the achievement of the sales target.
- Increase market share by developing new business from existing and new customers.
- Direct visit to different institute, conduct meeting with clients in house and out door, daily reports to the manager through email.
- Contributing to business development, marketing plans and set strategies to achieve target .
- Strong monitoring and follow-up of ongoing projects till the successful delivery of the products or services.
- Maintaining and updating customer databases.
- Responsible for preparing offers / price quotations, following up deliveries, collecting payment and report to supervisor and respective department properly.
- Making technical & commercial presentation to customers on quoted services.
- Must have in depth knowledge of all products/businesses of the company.
- Effective Negotiation Skill is mandatory for securing businesses.
- Computer literacy on MS-Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Email Correspondence is essential.
- Any other tasks assigned by the management
Additional Job Requirements:
- Ability to work independently and should be able work under pressure.
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Good command in English is must.
Experience Requirements:
- At least 2-3 years' Experience in Sales & Marketing
- Applicants experience in any of the following fields are preferable:
Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Corporate Marketing etc.

- Gathering market and customer information on related products to determine our current and future business opportunities.
