Job Responsibilities :
  • Preparing & maintaining all kinds of vouchers, cashbooks, bankbooks, bill registers, general ledgers, and different registers related to finance & accounts.
  • Preparation of monthly salary sheet and process the payroll.
  • Collect/realize payment against sales revenue, account receivable.
  • Must have knowledge about import and export processing documentation, Tracking all type of LC document, and posting.
  • Preparation of PI, commercial invoice, delivery challan and other related documents as per LC terms.
  • Track every bank transactions and enter in bankbook.
  • Ensure all bank transaction & conduct balance reconciliation monthly.
  • Ensure maintenance of up to date register of assets.
  • Keeping records & documents of every day for VAT and Tax purposes.
  • Processing the payment of VAT and Taxes through Treasury Chalan.
Academic Qualifications : 
  • BBA & MBA from reputed private or public university. Professional certification will be an added advantage.
Experience Required :
  • Minimum 2 years of Practical Experience of working in accounts or commercial department of garment industry.
Additional Job Requirements :
  • Good command over English writing, reading & listening.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office.
  • Independent decision-making, Motivated, Enthusiastic, Problem Solving skills.
