Manager - Admin & Finance

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee the full cycle of door-to-door cargo operations, from collection to final delivery.
• Manage operational staff, drivers, warehouse personnel, and customer service teams.
• Ensure timely and efficient cargo (Flight) movement while maintaining service quality.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and reduce costs.
• Monitor shipment tracking, delivery schedules, and issue resolution.
• Maintain strong communication with clients, vendors, and internal departments.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and legal requirements.
• Prepare operational reports, performance analyses, and business improvement plans.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure prompt resolution.
• Support business growth by identifying new service opportunities and improving customer retention.

Academic Qualifications

• Minimum Graduate/Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting/BBA/MBA (Major in Finance/Banking) from any reputed University/College.

Experience Required

• Minimum 5 years working experience in marketing department of Export-Import, Trading Business, Door to door cargo service business.

Additional Job Requirements

• Must be target oriented, able to fulfill responsibilities.
• Manage existing & new potential customers by personal sales visits, using face to face contact to provide a personal service.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Should have positive attitude.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: 50,000 to 70,000 BDT (Based on Experience)
• Lunch: Fully Subsidized
