Job Responsibilities : |
- Maintain inventory level check; process sales order and purchase orders, and collaborate with the control manager.
- Process all the documents to complete the procedures from orders to delivery of the products.
- Record the purchases and sales items; maintain database; process the invoices for payment/ bills; and generate system-based reports.
- Assemble the requisition list including item category/ item particulars/ current stock (onboard)/ store stock (inventory), quantity, costs and estimated sales prices; modify changes to inventory.
- Prepare the delivery and receiving documents for the customers as well as the suppliers of own inventory.
- Perform miscellaneous job related to the duties as assigned by the inventory control manager.

Academic Qualifications :
- Minimum Graduate/Bachelor`s degree in any discipline.
