Job Responsibilities : |
- Assist in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Support in preparing project proposals, technical bids, and contract documents.
- Maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Support in market research and competitor analysis.
- Assist in organizing meetings, workshops, and presentations.

| Academic Qualifications : |
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration/English/Science/Commerce.
|
| Experience Required : |
- 1-3 years of experience in business development, marketing, or consultancy services.
- Experience in engineering consultancy or infrastructure projects is preferred.
|
| Business Development & Marketing : |
- Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Experience in preparing proposals, bidding documents, and EOIs (Expressions of Interest).
- Knowledge of tendering processes for government and private sector projects.
|
| Communication & Negotiation : |
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Bangla.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and government agencies.
|
| Technical & Analytical Skills : |
- Understanding of consultancy services, engineering projects, and feasibility studies.
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic business plans.
|
| Project & Documentation Management : |
- Experience in coordinating meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining project documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and report writing.
|
| Soft Skills : |
- Strong teamwork and leadership abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
|
| Salary range : 25000 to 30000 BDT per month. |
