Name of the Post : Sr. Executive/Asstt. Manager ( Sales & Marketing ).

 

Job Responsibilities :
  • Highly knowledgeable on Real Estate business and present market development.
  • Have the experience to forecast sales, revenue, and budget with proper planning &implementation.
  • Ability to take challenge to achieve the sales target.
  • Should have positive mentality to achieve target monthly, quarterly & yearly strategic marketing plan.
  • Able to communicate with wide network of different professionals/ businessmen and look for prospective customers.
  • To look after customer quarries with satisfaction and relationship develop.
  • Preparer Monthly Sales Report & Sales Deed.
  • Any other task assigned by Management.
Academic Qualifications : 
  • B.A, B.Com, B.S.C/Masters degree in any discipline.
  • Skills Required: Excellent communication skills, Excellent customer service, Planning and organizing, PRESENTATION SKILLS, Relationship Management, Secondary Sales, Strong analytical ability.
Experience Required :
  • 05 to 07 year's
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area's Sales & Marketing
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area's Real Estate
