Job Description  : As a Web Development and Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining websites while also driving digital marketing strategies to enhance online visibility and engagement. You will work closely with our clients to understand their goals and provide customized solutions that drive results.

 

Web Development :
  • Develop and maintain responsive and visually appealing websites using modern web technologies.
  • Collaborate with designers to implement user-friendly interfaces.
  • Ensure websites are optimized for speed, performance, and SEO.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in web development.
Digital Marketing : 
  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, and social media marketing. ( E-commerce marketing, Affiliate marketing, social media marketing, Lead/email research, video marketing, web analytics, Google ads, CMS, PPC Ads )
  • Create and manage engaging content across various digital platforms.
  • Monitor and analyze website and marketing performance using analytics tools.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and growth in online presence.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends in digital marketing.
Requirements : 
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science
  • Proven experience in web development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Programming languages c+++, Coding, and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Drupal).
  • Proficiency in digital marketing techniques and tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with a passion for delivering high-quality work.
  • Certifications in web development or digital marketing (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot) are a plus.
  • 2 years of Work Experience
