Purpose
Pranon Express Limited is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to lead our efforts in connecting mid-level manufacturers with retailers and optimizing distribution process.
Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue potential customers through various channels.
  • Build strong relationships and provide excellent service to both existing and potential customers.
  • Negotiate terms and close sales to meet or exceed targets.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
  • Track performance, analyze data, and prepare reports to evaluate progress and identify areas for improvement.
Qualification :

1. Educational Background :

  • Diploma In Engineering, Bachelor's (Honors) degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field. Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA), Sales Management, or a relevant discipline.

2. Leadership Skills :

  • Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop a sales team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

3. Analytical Abilities :

  • Proficiency in analyzing sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and drive strategic decision-making. Ability to develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives.

4. Client Relationship Management :

  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
 
Sales Experience :
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Years of experience may be relaxed for extra-ordinary candidates.
 
Salary Range :
  • Depends On Experience & Expertise.
