• Must have woven experience for more than 10 years (Bottom).
• Responsible for daily production & work to achieve daily production target with buyer required quality       standard.
• Responsible for operation & operational staff control & Management.
• Work for 100% capacity utilization & waste reduction.
• Manage all tasks for smooth production, smooth final inspection passed on time shipment.
• Coordinate all departments for smooth Garments production.
• Closely monitor Finishing getting best possible output & giving direction in floor.
• Setup and check consumption, costing & inventory.
• Strictly follow up hourly production including 1st & 2nd hour production & increasing.
• Lead all production staff from the front & having good command of them.
• Ensure complete task to make finished goods from raw materials.
• Communicate always with merchandising team & solve every production related issue involved    merchandising.
• Achieved maximum production by lowest cost.
• Increase the efficiency & productivity.
• Should have knowledge regarding Wash also.
• Take action for minimizing losses, reject & rework daily basis.
• Ensure the effective full worker & minimizing the absenteeism as well.
• Any other responsibilities assigned by the management
  

• Minimum Graduate/Bachelor`s degree in any discipline         

• Minimum  (10) years’ experience in Factory Operation  in Textile Industry (Denim Fabrics)

• Must be target oriented, able to fulfill responsibilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Should have positive attitude.
