Job Context

We are looking for some young, dynamic and energetic peoples for the marketing and sales department who must have at least 05 years experiences, One for Manager Marketing, One for Sr. Marketing Executive, 1 to 5 years’ experience and One for Digital Marketing, 2 years’ experience in the Apartment/Flat sale.

Job Responsibilities

• Highly knowledgeable on Flat sale, Land Real Estate business and present market.
• Should have a positive mindset to achieve monthly, quarterly & yearly strategic marketing plan.
• Organizing sales team, monitoring & controlling executive & others.
• Be able to manage and inspire/motivate the team members to achieve team sales targets.
• Corporate sales planning and implementation.
• To look after customer queries with satisfaction and relationship development.
• Maintain a good atmosphere in the office and with marketing personnel.
• Any other task assigned by Management.

Educational Requirements

• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing for Marketing Manager
• Bachelor degree in any discipline.
• Skills Required: Marketing, Real Estate sector.

Experience Requirements

• 5 -10 year(s) for Marketing Manager
• 3-5 year(s) Sr. Marketing Executive
• Best knowledge for Developer & Land work

Additional Requirements

• Age 30 to 40 years & 25 to 30 years
• Only males are allowed to apply
• Skilled in both English and Bengali
• Strong communication, persuasion & customer handling skills
• Ability to work under pressure
