Job Responsibilities : |
- To understand the needs of specific project site and suggest suitable products.
- Carryout trials at sites and labs to match the customers’ specifications and performance requirements by tweaking the formulation with the help of RTM.
- To modify the products and meet the site requirements as and when necessary.
- Preparation and submission appropriate monthly reports to RTM/SM.
- Develop or modify the techno commercially viable product using the exiting RM’s or new RMs’ as per the sales priority either at the regional concrete lab or at factory labs or at the customer places etc. using field materials from customer or factory materials with help of RTM.
- Benchmarking – RM, exiting product and competitor’s product with help of RTM. The comparison will be on product performance and cost in use.
- Trials for Cost optimization either by modifying the product formulation or mix design, without compromising the performance, under guidance of RTM.
- To develop good and effective contacts with consultants/architects for furthering Company’s business interests.
- Breaking competitors’ specifications and increasing the customer base.
- To assist the Sales Team to achieve the targeted sales of admixture business.
- Maximise margins.

Academic Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
|
| Experience Required : |
- Minimum 2-5 years of working experience in Civil Projects/RMC as QC/Concrete Industry.
|
| Additional Job Requirements : |
- Having Site Experience.
- Preferably short-term Management course in Concrete Technology
- Having Experience in Microsoft Office.
