Job Responsibilities : |
- Plan, Forecast and execute effective sale for achieving organizational goal.
- Maintaining effective business relationship with retailers, dealers and potential clients.
- Achieve company's sales target set by the management.
- Frequent market visit to increase the sales.
- Support ASM and lead sales in the process of getting business from such large and medium size clients;
- Establish contact and get orders from small size clients to meet the sales target set for the period;
- Maintain relationships with small-sized retailers and customers to ensure repeat business;
- Support the process of sales and collections forecast for customers;
- Provide Sales data as required on a timely basis.

Academic Qualifications :
- Minimum Masters/Graduate in any discipline.
- Experienced in Lubricants fields, qualification will be considerable.

Experience Required : |
- Minimum (2-5) years;
- Sales experience in Lubricants fields will be preferred.
|
Additional Job Requirements : |
- Must be target oriented, able to fulfill responsibilities.
- Manage existing & new potential customers by personal sales visits, using face to face contact to provide a personal service.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Should have positive attitude.
