Job Responsibilities :
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiative aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Managed the recruitment and selection process.
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, system, tactics and produces across the organization.
  • Assess training need to apply and monitor training program.
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.

 

Requirement and skill:
  • Proven working experience as HR manager or other HR executive.
  • Knowledge of HR system and database.
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationship at all level of the company.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practice.
  • Degree in human resource or related field.
Academic Qualifications : 
  • Master`s degree in any discipline
Experience Required :
  • Minimum (3-5) years' experience in human resource or related field.
 
Salary range :
  • 30000-35000 / Negotiable
